Empaths are you aligning or staying a hermit?

The truth about being an Empath is that we carry so much emotional weight, and those emotions can become overwhelming and hurt us and those around us. We allow our instincts to take over, and before thinking, speaking, or acting, we end up in a state of fear, resentment, or haste.

We can become our Tormentors.

Remember to renegotiate with your wounded self and make strong choices moving forward. We are on the heels of a Full moon in Scorpio, and the energies as I write this are intense. Charged with the memories of plans made and plans failed. We can dance with the dark too much and lose sight of reality and what’s not.

This reminds me of the two swords. If we paused and removed the blindfold, we would see that the path ahead was beginning to open. Sometimes, we feel uncertain, which must be considered carefully to avoid further complications. The mind can be like a loaded gun in conjunction with your emotions. We must learn to value our self-control, self-love, and self-worth above all else.

I have seen so many celebrities and individuals fall prey to their pain trauma, and myself included. I was molested and abused at a very young age. When we go through grooming, conditioning, and narcissistic abuse, we can find ourselves building a fortress of protection with walls so high that not even a skilled knight could rescue us.

Let your hair down, and Rapunzel, it’s time to come out of hermit mode and share your vision with the world.

I know it’s been hectic, and things sometimes get out of hand, but the truth is that it needed to happen. You had to experience tower moments to get your attention in the right direction.

There is a more profound calling within your soul, and the fact that you are reading this blog and having these experiences brings the concept that “The universe is always conspiring to work with us.” You are worthy and always have been.

The problem that most of us empaths face is that we care deeply about how others feel and internalize that thought, primarily emotions. Become the steady babbling brook and allow the collective emotions to flow out.

Some tips to help release some heavy emotions:

  • Work with crystals like selenite or Calcite

  • Spiritual baths/showers and visual meditations

  • Earthing and releasing letters

    Remember to be open-minded and give it a fair shot, no matter what you choose to learn, study, and implement into your healing and self-care routine.
    I also found a great article from Forbes that reveals empathy is a critical leadership skill. We can empathize with those around us rather than respond with annoyance or dismissive energy. So, empaths, this is an excellent way for you to help transmute some of that energy you have in abundance. Most of us are stressed, and many factors can contribute to this increasing reality. The rising cost of living has a lot of us in a panic. But let’s remember we are all fighting our unique battles and have all been guilty of not having enough empathy for others. Yes, me included. Sometimes, we can overgive, which also needs to be balanced.
