Psychology “The Spiral”

The famous psychologist Carl Rogers said,

"The very essence of the creative is its novelty, and hence we have no standard by which to judge it".

What is Existence?

If we are talking about looking at our existence from the principles put forth by maslow than we start out with a foundation of psychological needs. This is one of the five most important hierarchy’s of his pyramid model. The outcome is dependent upon your actions with feelings being the major contributing factor that depicts our participation in our existence.

Positive needs brings positive change, negativity breeds more suffering and standstills.

Can we change?

YES we have that power.

So how do I Center and Change…

The big questions everyone asks:

How do we find our center?

Our balance?

Through repetitive dedication and complete acceptance.

Next we have:

Our values

The parts of ourselves that determine whether or not we evolve and keep growing. The core parts of our selves that lend a extra hand or just walk on by. The essential silver lining of our complex souls. Our values make up our motives and determine our course of actions.

So how can we ensure that we are in alignment with our self image and our ideal self?

How do you feel?

Balanced/imbalance

clarity/uncertainty

belief/disbelief

strength/weakness

Based on this your choices above this will help give you an idea of where you are currently on your journey.

To Be intuitive or not to be:

Think of your foresight as the keen senses of a owl.

What steps are needed to harness our intuition and use it to the highest of our abilities?

This is a process.

This takes time.

Patience, dedication, meditation and a crap load of herbal tea!

There is nothing more rewarding than to utilize the empathetic nature of our natural born gifts.

Spiral walk:

So many emotions can get collected in our subconscious and can overwhelm our senses and ability to make intuitive decisions. My solution is to take advantage of this amazing healing meditation called the “spiral walk.” This helped me to alleviate emotional imbalance and helped cleanse and clear my energy.

Bringing back a beautiful clear sense of wellness and well-being.
