Have you ever experienced that feeling of knowing something isn’t right?

Maybe you got a feeling about someone that they were going to say something that you were just thinking. Either way all of us have this unique sense. Some refer to it as the 6th sense.

Intuition can be defined by the following:

“the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning”

When you read the definition of Intuition what comes up for you?

Have you experienced this concept before?

What people don’t understand is we are more in touch with our intuition than we actually realize. There are multiple times throughout the day you may have used your intuitive nature to make a decision or respond to a situation because it just didn’t feel right. Your intuition is considered a form of intelligence that’s beyond the rational mind.

Tips for tapping into your intuition:

Still You mind, once you’ve established a sense of clear thought start there. Exercise this state of being daily.

How do you determine whats Intuition and just fear?

Pay attention to how you are feeling.

Is it fear or concern?

This could actually be your anxiety manipulating your thoughts to cause the feelings of fear.

Deepak Chopra Says, “Intuition should come in the pure clarity of silence and should guide you into spontaneously making evolutionary choices”

Some signs of intuition:

  1. Synchronicity

  2. visions

  3. Sensation in the center of your forehead between your brows

  4. clear calm immediate responses

How do I quiet my mind to connect inward?

I start by opening my eyes and allowing a ”Mantra”

Next time you want to exercise your Intuition look around you.

I believe that if you follow some of the great minds like Deepak Chopra and Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Their methods of Knowledge will help you along your journey of developing. Learn how to be happiness rather than chase it. You are all you need once you accept that this notion is true.
