This class features nine workbooks expanding on your spirituality. Use workbooks digitally or print them for a more interactive experience and utilize the journal prompts and other guided exercises included in the workbooks. Feel free to get started working on your workbooks early!

This class will be 90 minutes so please make time to prepare. Headphones are encouraged. This class is being done through Zoom to ensure the best experience using a device or computer able to handle a live stream session. You do not need to be on camera if you are not comfortable. The replay of this course will be available within 24-36 hours after the live session.
