What is happening in the online space?

Sometimes, it seems as if our head is up in the clouds. With the world in turmoil and so much uncertainty surrounding life, we may become more of a hermit to protect our energy.

As a freelancer and Entrepreneur, I get front-row seats in social media and virtual engagement.

The last year and a half have brought some concerning and rewarding outcomes. I try to allow combative energies to roll off my shoulder, but most recently, it’s been tough to block it out. I was doing a livestream, getting attacked by bullies, and losing my temper. I allowed my emotions to overrule my grace and lowered my standards. I responded with distasteful energy and regretted it. I can not stress enough how important it is to ensure that participants. We need to re-evaluate our actions as well.

I hope that, in the future, online spaces will become safer.

The online space can be a magical one, and it can be a destructive one. The “pandemic” forced most of us to retreat indoors and plunged the social media world into overdrive. I have been blessed to meet various individuals and build a support community.

Not everyone knows boundaries or will respect them, primarily online. Regulated practices of platforms should be increased, especially when a “gangstalking” mentality and behavior is happening. We should be able to protect our personal and professional lives from the narcissistic abuse of bullies. Remain strong, tribe knowing you through a sea of disturbed minds have remained poised, focused, and resilient.

Ways to protect yourself from abusive energies:

  • block the individual

  • report to appropriate authorities

  • raise awareness

  • do a mental health check-in

  • find a support group

Please remember that we can also allow these energies to overwhelm us, and we may react.
