What does Freedom and Independence mean? In the Spiritual sense

Hi friends!

It is a holiday weekend, and as I write this blog, the clock reads “5:55.”

Are you ready?

Can you feel the energy shifting, changing, and evolving?

We are in unprecedented times, especially with everything that has transpired over the last three years. What do the words “freedom and independence” mean to you?

Especially when it comes to your spiritual growth and awakening.

As we move closer to a consumer-driven, totally digital, and technology-driven society, maintaining a healthy level of independence and freedom from falling into the pitfalls and attraction of instant gratification has never been more critical. With everything available within a command, click, or swipe, it’s hard to feel a connection to the source. Distractions, fear, and restriction have had us all in a chokehold for a while, and it almost feels like sheep and cattle being coerced into being on “digital auto-pilot.”

However, the amount of exposure we have to conditioning and buying behaviors puts us in this state of wanting more and needing less. For example: when you are given a consistent diet of good food, warmth, shelter, and positive experiences, you have a relatively healthy outlook and participation. However, if you eat fast food and have toxic experiences and scarcity, it can be hard to be positive and healthy. This seems more prevalent than not lately. The rising food prices, fires, and many other crises we face daily can increase stress and cause havoc.

Even with all the doom and gloom, there is always hope. There will always be a break in the clouds, a moment of pause and reflection. There is always a cause and effect when dealing with a consumerism-driven society. We have been disconnected from our truth, vision, and true identity. We lack acceptance and accountability for our roles, most of which have been inherited, learned, or developed through social conditioning.

What’s more alarming is how misinformation can spread, especially with news and big tech, pharma, and social media. I always encourage my friends and community to do their research. Ask the tough questions. Engage with your higher self, honor your inner child, and be who you are.

“Fake is the new reality.”

I never thought I would make a statement like this.

However, from my most recent experiences over the last few years since Covid hit, we started moving into the “age of aquarius.”

More than ever, we are reaching into our more profound states of consciousness to transcend through this illusion of a digital-only world. We feel the pull to dive deeper into our rebellious, individualistic, and progressive energy. We are not meant to be controlled and restricted. We are told to be free, loved, and open.

Some Tips

Try working with the 369 method Journal to help build a daily routine consistent with your manifestations, goals, and frequency. Everything is comprised of energy, and as we shift out of this controlling and manipulative energy, we can finally rise to our highest potential to better humanity.

LOVE YOU, FAM!

Have a safe and happy holiday!
