Delicate balance of divine and the matrix

We look for legends to help ignite that spark within us. We have been taught to look outside of ourselves for the answers. Some have even bent all morals, beliefs, and values in the quest for the truth. The key is to be authentic and not lose your voice to those opposing your unique ability to thrive in a world of fake, which is the new real.

Finding our footing in the quicksand-like environment of the world can be exhausting. The matrix consists of trends and bending our identity to feel a part of something greater than ourselves. While others are losing hope and grasping onto anything and anyone, you may find yourself left out in the cold. The truth is you are just beginning.

Without falling into extreme paradigms and behaviors, we must construct our beliefs from our ability to create our path. I am not saying abandon hope to find support and creative influences. I am encouraging you to raise your standards. Stop settling for maybe, mediocre, and fate.

We have influences all around us.

The key to balancing the inner and outer world is choosing the right vibration to reflect your highest self. Find people, places, foods, and energies that reflect the divine in all our lives. Be choosy without being controlling. Release just enough control to experience the beauty of divine intervention. The structure is welcomed in some aspects of planning; however, you can still learn to flow with the universe. Nature is an example of the delicate balance of control and fate.

I most recently watched the Listened to an Alan Watts lecture. His way of communicating complex ideologies and endless mountains of influence, experiencing this beauty begins to construct on the mind mixed with humor, was inspiring. We have so much happening all at once we may find ourselves disconnected. We are always trying to one-up or level up. Also, our ability to hold on to control can be overwhelming. Our natural response is always to solve and find the reasoning. We may find ourselves in a predicament of always looking at the world through a lens.

Can you be present without constantly dissecting, interpreting, and reconstructing?

Can we learn to appreciate things for the beauty they already possess?

While pondering your direction as we move into the end of the year, what is your heart calling for?

Space.. Be more open

Trust.. Be more vulnerable

Peace… Be one with yourself.

Some supportive tools for your journey help calm the mind and ease the anxiety. Try some ASMR or Guided meditations to align your attention to a supportive method of reprogramming your habits with new healing techniques, growth, and possibilities. Meditation can be traced as far back as 3,000 years ago in India. Knowing how ancient, practiced, and well-documented meditation can heal the mind, body, and spirit, we must look deeper within for our peace. Don’t worry about getting bored; meditation has many styles and techniques. The key is finding a type that works for you, which requires looking at different resources like the Article I found. One of the powerful styles I prefer, as well as clients, is “Transcendental meditation.”This is a style of mantra meditation that involves a personally assigned mantra, such as a word, a sound, or a small phrase, repeated in a specific way, per Mayo Clinic. (Welch) I was impressed with this Article as the writer also had her work medically reviewed. It is essential that while doing research for our wellness, we look for accredited and medically approved material. Always always consult with your doctor before you start a new routine or health regimen,

As the new year approaches, take time to mediate between your heart and head and be open to the twist of fate that leads you closer to the deepest warrior within,

Love you

Elise
