Boundaries and New Moon energy

Hi Friends,

Finding a balance by setting boundaries can be rewarding and refreshing to the mind, body, and spirit.

We do not want to forget they are human, but we also do not need to risk our sanity. Handle people with care by simply doing things. Yes, Blocking can be a form of protection. However, people sometimes go above and beyond to attack your character on multiple platforms.

Blocking is ok for those who do not wish to conflict. Like anything, we must balance and find ways to set healthier boundaries within our professional and personal lives.

I have been forced to block, remove because of those choices people made. In return, I have been accused of being fake, phony, and materialistic.

There has to be a limit to how much you give. Sometimes people cross that line, and there must be boundaries to protect your energy.

When was the last time you were honest and had healthy boundaries? I know it’s tough, especially with friends, clients, and, the hardest, family.

I am sure you are thinking.

Where to start?

How about with your social media? Immediate circle and professional life.

As a psych major, it is hard not to look at body language and people’s use of words in conjunction with their behavior.

Whether you are an empath, scientist, librarian, or everyday person, you have what it takes to be more conscious of your thoughts, words, and actions. This starts with developing a stronger sense of self-awareness. In addition to self-awareness building a more robust set of core values, protection practices can be supportive when dealing with spiritual affairs.

Mainstream news and social media giants always put a lot of pressure to conform and trade in values for fame, which can be a massive attack on one’s self-esteem and mental health.

Take this time to dive deeper into your emotional body to bring healthier communication, guidance, and support into our connections, life, and community. Hold some space for those who left and make room for those yet to arrive.
